Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Lorica mobile application ("App") operated by ASTONIO LTD ("we", "us", or "our").

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Lorica is an audio storytelling application providing cinematic bedtime narrations spanning ancient history, medieval Europe, biblical narratives, monastic traditions, and modern history, paired with ambient soundscapes ("Content"). Some Content is available for free; premium Content requires an active subscription.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

• Lorica offers auto-renewing subscriptions (monthly and annual) and a one-time lifetime purchase.
• Current pricing (subject to change and regional adjustments):
  • Monthly subscription: $7.99 USD per month
  • Annual subscription: $49.99 USD per year
  • Lifetime access: $99.99 USD (one-time payment)
• All purchases are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play. Prices in your local currency are displayed before purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your App Store or Google Play account settings at any time.
• Introductory offers (including a 3-day free trial on the annual subscription) are available only to new subscribers who have not previously used a trial for this subscription group.
• We do not offer refunds except as required by applicable law or by Apple App Store / Google Play platform policies.

4. Free Trial

We may offer a free trial period. At the end of the trial, your subscription will automatically begin and your payment method will be charged unless you cancel before the trial ends.

5. Intellectual Property

All Content in the App, including audio stories, narrations, ambient sounds, graphics, and text, is owned by or licensed to ASTONIO LTD. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our Content without our prior written consent.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
• Share your account credentials with third parties.
• Use automated tools to access the App.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ASTONIO LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which ASTONIO LTD is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles.
